Petitioner, pro se, alleged that the Union violated the NYCCBL by filing baseless internal union charges against her. The Executive Secretary dismissed the petition on the grounds that the only timely claims concerned matters of internal union governance that are outside the Board’s jurisdiction. Petitioner appealed, arguing that the Executive Secretary’s determination was in error. The Board found that the Executive Secretary properly dismissed the petition. Accordingly, the appeal was denied.
