The charts indicate whether the case is currently on appeal or if a decision has been issued by the courts. If a decision has been issued, the chart provides a citation to the court decision.

You can find links to the State court decisions cited in the charts by searching for the underlying appealed BCB or BOC case in the “Search our Cases" link under the “Research" tab. Any subsequent history to a BCB or BOC case will be indicated below the underlying BCB or BOC case cite.
