The Union alleged the City failed to bargain in good faith during negotiations for a collective bargaining agreement covering Sanitation Enforcement Agents and Associate Sanitation Enforcement Agents. The City argued that it did not engage in bad faith bargaining. The Board found that the City did not bargain in bad faith and dismissed the petition.
