Arbitration/Mediation Experience

Since 2001, has issued more than 70 arbitration opinions involving both public and private collective bargaining agreements. Has also issued various fact-finding reports involving public employees within jurisdiction of PA. Labor Relations Board. Served on Interest Arbitration Panel to determine public employee contract under statute implemented by PA. Labor Relations Board. Mediated numerous labor relations disputes involving public employees in Delaware through the auspices of the Delaware Public Employment Relations Board. Has also arbitrated securities claims through FINRA and consumer credit matters.
