Work History
40 years of experience in labor relations and employment law. Served as general counsel, executive director, and vice chair of Ohio public sector labor board, practiced law on management side, and worked for several years as a union lobbyist. Adjunct faculty member, Scheinman Institute on Conflict Resolution, Cornell University, and Cornell ILR School (2004 to present); Director, Programs for Neutrals,Cornell ILR/Institute on Conflict Res. (1995-2004); trainer of arbitrators for AAA, Pepperdine Law, and others
